We Do More When We Do It Together

Serving and supporting the communities in which we live and work, and the causes important to our employees, is important to Arch. All employees receive two Volunteer Time Off (VTO) days each year to put care into action. Through our Matching Grants Program, all monetary contributions made by our employees to eligible charities, from $25 to $200,000, are matched 1:1.
