Denis Allard is Senior Vice President, Global Compensation and Benefits. He joined Arch in January 2018 as VP, Compensation and was promoted to SVP, Compensation and Benefits in 2019. Before Arch, Denis was head of British American Tobacco’s compensation and benefits practice for Canada and Mexico. He also held various compensation, pension and benefits roles at Desjardins-Laurentian Financial Group. Denis earned a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the Actuarial School of Laval University.
Mountaga “Monty” Aw is Chief Investment Risk Officer and Head of Quantitative Strategies at Arch Investment Management Ltd. (AIM). He joined Arch in May 2022 and has responsibility for working with the investment team and Group Risk to set risk policies and monitor portfolio performance and risk against the relevant guidelines. Monty also leads the effort to solidify the quantitative foundations that underpin the investment process in AIM. From August 2018 to May 2022, he was Head of Industrial and Financial AI at G42, and later he was founding Senior Executive Officer of G42 Asset Management Ltd based in Abu Dhabi Global Market. He also held senior quantitative roles in risk management, trading and portfolio management at Neighborly Investments, Standish Mellon Asset Management, Bank of America and J.P. Morgan. Monty holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from the University of Maryland, and he completed a post-doctoral program at Carnegie Mellon University.
William Bell joined Arch Capital Group Ltd. in May 2023 as the Chief Investment Officer of Alternatives. Prior to Arch, William led Strategic Growth at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. (KKR). Prior to KKR, he was the head of corporate development for TIAA/Nuveen Asset Management, where he was responsible for leading all inorganic strategy development and execution ranging from partnerships to M&A across the enterprise. Prior to TIAA, he was with the Financial Institutions Group at Citi Investment Banking, where he advised institutional clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions, primarily in the areas of asset management and financial technology. William has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Seaver Call is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Arch Investment Management Ltd. He joined Arch in June 2022 and has responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations and several strategic initiatives. From October 2020 to May 2022, Seaver was responsible for the digital transformation at Bermuda-based Clarien Bank. Before relocating to Bermuda, he served as a Vice President at M&T Bank, focusing on process improvement across retail and commercial banking as well as the trust business. From 2011 to 2018, Seaver held various operational roles with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., including managing derivatives and structured notes middle office. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bond University in Australia and a Master’s of Finance from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
Christy Caragol is Senior Vice President, Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion of Arch Capital Services LLC. Before joining Arch in 2020, she was Global Head of Talent and Development at Willis Towers Watson. Christy started her Human Resources career at the legacy Towers Perrin company in 2001 and held various roles, including Global Head of Performance Management, HR Business Partner to Global Risk & Financial Services businesses, and Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion. She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Boston College and an M.S. degree in Social Work from Columbia University.
Elizabeth Collins is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Arch Capital Services LLC. Before joining Arch in 2016, she was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of United Guaranty Corporation, which was acquired by Arch in 2017. She was also an associate at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP (now Womble Bond Dickinson LLP) in their Capital Markets and Financial Institutions group. Elizabeth holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from North Carolina Central School of Law and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida.
Tracie Cranford is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Finance of Arch Capital Services LLC. She was promoted from SVP, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and of Arch MI in July 2022. Tracie was VP, Accounting Operations and VP, FP&A at United Guaranty prior to the acquisition by Arch in January 2017. She has several decades of experience in the insurance industry and has Certified Public Accountant, Project Management Professional and Accredited Mortgage Professional designations. She also has both an undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Pet Hartman is the Chief Global Services Operations (GSO) Officer at Arch Capital Services LLC. She has held this role since 2019 and also serves on the board of directors of Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, GSO from 2016 to 2019. She also served as Senior Vice President, IT Division, at Arch Insurance (U.S.) and has held various IT and Operations positions at Arch Insurance since joining Arch in June 2002. Prior to joining Arch, Pet held various IT business analysis and project management positions at Reliance National Insurance Co. and Zurich NA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from University of Santo Tomas (Philippines).
Janet Lindstrom is Corporate Chief Data Officer. She was named to this position in January 2023, where previously she was Chief Transformation Officer for Arch Insurance Group, Inc., a position she’d held since February 2021. Between 2019 and 2021, she served as EVP of BPM and DPM, and from 2008 to 2019 she was SVP and Deputy Chief Actuary. Janet joined Arch Insurance in 2002 in the actuarial department. Prior to Arch, she held actuarial roles with St. Paul Travelers and Country Financial. Janet has a B.A. in Mathematics from Bethel University and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
Marcy Rathman was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Environmental, Social and Governance Officer of Arch Capital Services LLC in March 2022. She was initially named Senior Vice President, Chief ESG Officer in May 2019. From April 2018 to May 2019, she was Vice President, Senior Counsel and Secretary; from May 2008 to April 2018, she was Vice President, Associate Counsel and Assistant Secretary; and from December 2000 to May 2008, she was Associate Counsel and Assistant Secretary.
Zube Shams is Executive Vice President, Strategic Analytics at Arch Insurance Group Inc. He leads a dedicated team in developing and implementing advanced data solutions, collaborating with business leaders and the executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience, Zube has been at the forefront of the insurance analytics evolution, building a wide range of applications across numerous lines of business, developing analytics teams, and establishing analytics capabilities from the ground up at multiple insurers. His expertise spans analytics, team leadership and strategic planning, with a strong emphasis on fostering analytics adoption. Before joining Arch, Zube consulted for Deloitte Consulting and KPMG, working with various insurers on a wide range of insurance products. He also held leadership roles at Chubb (formerly ACE) and Accident Fund.
Jeffrey Thompson is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Tax of Arch Capital Services LLC. He was promoted from Senior Vice President in April 2024. He joined Arch in 2019 from Assurant, Inc., where he held the role of Vice President, Tax. Before that, he was a New York-based tax director with the accounting firm PwC. Mr. Thompson holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting Concentration) and an M.A. in Taxation, both from the University of Washington. He is also a New York State-licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Nasri Toutoungi is Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income and Equity. He joined Arch Investment Management Ltd. (AIM) in January 2013 as Senior Vice President and Chief Investments Officer, Fixed Income, and he currently oversees the Fixed Income and Equity Portfolio Management team as well as manages both internal and external fixed income portfolios.
Nasri has more than 35 years of investment management experience. Before AIM, he served as a Managing Director at Hartford Investment Management (HIMCO) in various capacities, including Head of Fixed Income Mutual Funds and Institutional Client Portfolio Management, Head of Global Rates and Strategy, and Director of Research. Before joining HIMCO, Nasri was a Managing Director at BlackRock in charge of the Investment Grade Credit Portfolio Management and Research functions. He also served in various capacities at JPM Securities, Rogge Global Partners and Criterion Investment Management.
Nasri holds a Master’s of Structural Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones School.
Annie Yarmy is Senior Vice President, People Operations at Arch Capital Services LLC. Annie has been with Arch since July 2002, starting as the company’s first Payroll Director on the finance team. In 2004, she transitioned to Human Resources, where she held various progressive positions, including promotion to Senior Vice President in 2016. Throughout her tenure, Annie led strategic HR initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and the transformation of Human Resource Information System (HRIS), notably implementing Workday. In 2021, she was appointed to lead the newly created People Operations Center of Expertise (COE) at Arch. Under her leadership, People Ops supports and champions the HR systems, including Workday, and interfaces with other business tools. In 2023, her responsibilities expanded to include Corporate Business Systems, establishing a matrix relationship with IT. Before joining Arch, Annie gained extensive experience in human resources and HR technology at several firms outside the insurance industry. She holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
