In 2024, the AGF awarded 45 grants totaling $1.7 million to organizations that reflect and support its four giving priorities:

Here is a snapshot of the difference AGF created in its communities:
- American Heart Association: Funds supported CPR education in Philadelphia schools by providing CPR training kits for grades K-12 and helped increase maternal health options for new moms in Philadelphia through the funding of New Mom Kits (self-monitoring blood pressure cuff, infant CPR training kit) and educational materials.
- Black Child Development Institute of Greensboro Inc: Supported by AGF since 2022, the Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO) program aims to narrow the academic achievement gap in literacy and promote STEM for Greensboro youth.
- Community Housing Solutions (CHS): For the third year, AGF funded CHS’s Home Repair Program, which provides critical home repairs to residents of Guilford County in North Carolina. Last year’s grant will enable CHS to provide support to an additional 15 low-income families.
- March of Dimes: For the third year, AGF supported the New York/New Jersey Mobile Health Unit, which is designed to help increase access to care for uninsured and under-insured women.
- Project Sunshine: Funds helped deliver therapeutic play to more than 6,000 children with acute and chronic medical conditions across the U.S. through programs that alleviate the stress of hospital stays, medical procedures and ongoing home care, and promote socialization, creative expression, intellectual stimulation and sensory integration.
- Stop Soldier Suicide: The 2024 grant supported the ROGER program which provides wellness services focused on suicide prevention in the veteran and service member community.
- The Actuarial Foundation (TAF): Funds supported multiple programs of the organization including the Modeling the Future Challenge, Math Motivators Tutoring Program and STEM Stars Actuarial Scholarship Program, helping TAF serve over 15,000 students, with a focus on improving math proficiency and confidence.
- The Family Centre: Funds supported intensive counseling services for more than 300 adolescents in Bermuda, including free mental health counselling.
- United Negro College Fund Inc: Funds supported the Emergency Student Aid Program that provides underserved students with financial assistance to cover tuition, housing, food and other essential needs.
- WindReach: Funds supported the organization in providing therapeutic and educational experiences for individuals with diverse support needs through the organization’s Life Skills Program.
