We have activated our corporate pandemic plan, which is coordinated across our enterprise. The plan addresses business continuity across our companies in a proactive and pragmatic way, and our crisis incident management teams meet daily to ensure Arch can effectively respond to the pandemic without any business interruption.
To protect our employees and customers and do our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus, Arch has:
- Eliminated all nonessential employee business travel.
- Tested and enacted our remote-work protocols.
- Closed certain offices in areas most affected by the spread of the coronavirus and have strongly encouraged employees to work from home across our remaining offices.
- Broadly distributed and continue to reinforce hygiene protocols and enhanced office cleaning measures.
We seek to minimize any disruption in service to our clients, policyholders and customers. Our people remain available to assist you as in any other time. However, while the risk of spread remains high, our interactions with you will more heavily rely on remote meetings and increased use of video conferencing.
At this time, there is no disruption to our business or the services we provide.
